Larry Christiani Construction, Inc. was founded in 1975 to construct estates for clients that want a brilliantly handcrafted home integrated into a beautifully executed landscape. The company's mission is to successfully create architecturally challenging projects while effectively managing the aesthetics, quality construction process, and expenditures.

Mr. Christiani works closely with the client, architect and designers to complete their vision of an aesthetically pleasing and exquisitely crafted estate. Mr. Christiani's company grew out of a desire to preserve and build on the finer trade skills that were part of the earlier estates built in America. His goal attracted very creative, talented painters, masons, woodworkers, carpenters and landscapers. These artisans continue to be proud to work together with capable construction crews to create products that reflect their expertise. These diversely skilled teams allow for flexibility as each estate has its own unique requirements.

With an understanding of the technical aspects of construction and the use of modern day tools Mr. Christiani has developed techniques that create the quality of by gone eras, in a cost efficient fashion. During the entire build process the staff produces extensive documentation and as-builds to insure that the client has the tools and knowledge to maintain the estate.

Over the years Mr. Christiani has had the opportunity to work with legendary Architects and Landscape Architects. With their great designs his team has created some of the finest estate homes in northern California. Christiani has also built fine homes in Lake Tahoe, Auburn, Aspen Colorado, Carmel Valley and Hawaii.
